Ursula and Dieter, St. Martin in Passeier, South Tyrol. Love and more love: love that moves you and awakens your spirit and makes you dance once again. Love means we press our fruit juices freshly using fruits of the season, that we bake apple strudel or roulades using traditional recipes and set everything on a long white table, bringing you joy, and sometimes we will also light candles, even if only for a short break in a meeting. And, while meetings of course take place in a meeting room: but why not order a packed lunch and take your guests and customers for a walk in the woods...!
